Dear Sir or Madam
Further to my telephone conversation about the inclusion of extra £421.62 to my account which needs to be explain to me before it was added. As a Consumer right I am entitled to explain that how this charges has been worked out? I have had no joy with your employee Mathew and Lisa Morrison whom I spoke for more than 30 minutes and they failed to give me satisfactory answer. I have contacted the local Citizen Advise Bureau and they have advised me to Wright a letter to the Bank and ask for the explanation about charges. As I have enclosed the terms and condition from the Alliance and Leicester whom I got the original loan at 6.1% Apr. The initial loan interest per £5000 amount was £316.96 so the total payment for the whole loan was £5316.96.
I am not happy about these extra charges as I have also another two loan arrears to pay and your charges does not help my debt situation.
Please let me know your reply about this particular letter about the loan payment. As it has never been lapsed since we agreed with the Leicester Alliance about my personal financial situation and the direct debit were set to Leicester Alliance.
